“We create public urban spaces that can adapt and “grow” in tandem with the place, its residents and business”
At the core of our design philosophy lies our proprietary "UX Approach" centered on creating a comfortable human-scale cities and places.
Schematic Spaces
Public Space of a Business-Class Residential Complex
The concept is built on the interplay of natural and industrial elements, revealing how constraints can become sources of new opportunities. Our team aims to move away from traditional compositions, replacing strict lines and shapes with freer, more organic forms, creating a harmonious unity between two worlds: the urban and the natural.
Family Estate (concept), Botswana
The concept of family estates in Botswana is inspired by the family’s history, whose roots run deep into the local soil, echoing through the surrounding hills and trees. The architecture serves as a gentle guardian of the environment, honoring the past while creating a space for family connections, ecological innovation, and personal retreat. At its core lies the desire to build a legacy that not only pays tribute to the region’s rich heritage but also cares for its landscape and resources for future generations.
This project combines the idea of preserving local traditions, Botswana’s unique African environment, and modern innovative approaches.
Vertical Greenery
The vertical elements of the facade define the character of the architecture of the Object. Offering solutions for vertical gardening emphasize thin metal ribs (trellis). To create the “green facade” effect, filling with creeping girlish grapes has been proposed. The plant is extremely re- sistant to urban conditions and unpretentious in the care. The length of the lashes reaches 12-15 meters. It has a bright red color from the beginning of autumn to the first frosts. In winter, the plant trunks do not die. After the foliage falls, the natural interweaving of the shafts on the metal subsystem remains visible.Based on the analysis of various variants of the trellis rhythm, taking into account the exclusion of shading of the premises, the availability of care (plant replacement, maintenance of the irrigation system and drainage), and decoration off the vegetation period, the “A” option is preferred.
Visibility Analytics
Taking into account landscaping and greening solutions, we perform calculations according to a unique in-house methodology from any required vantage point. This approach makes it possible, at the project level, to consider height and the relative positioning of objects to ensure visual accessibility while preserving the architectural concept
Business Park Landscape Design
Landscaping a Business Park means creating a convenient, aesthetic, and contemporary environment.
A garden with a water feature serves as a key zone within the business center. Dense plantings of trees and shrubs form a private, noise-shielded area at its core. The presence of a media facade allows for an open event space. This zone is accentuated by a reflective water surface with planted trees and a small amphitheater.
The central garden’s greenery is formed through geo-plastic landscaping, featuring dense plantings of conifers, shrubs, and perennials in copper-bronze tones. The use of distinctive vegetation helps create an atmosphere of calm and seclusion in the very heart of an active business park.
BIM Model of Landscape Design
Every project begins with a 3D model, starting from the initial concept. This approach allows for a variety of analytical calculations—such as visibility, acoustics, and sun exposure—and ensures precise budget control. Every element in the model, from plantings to paving tiles, is presented in its true geometric dimensions and with current pricing.
Parking Transformation
A shopping center is not just a store, but a place for family leisure. Acres of parking lots are not just asphalt and lighting fixtures.
Potentially, it can become another point of attraction—somewhere people want to linger and spend time.
What we did:
  • Built a mathematical model of traffic and pedestrian flows, providing a solid basis for the number of parking spots
  • Designed a boulevard that channels additional foot traffic to the main entrance
  • Planned commercial amenities—an extra area for themed retail stalls that encourage visitors to spend more time on the boulevard
  • Involved local residents early on in the design process
  • Co-created landscape elements together with children
Container Market
The visionary project we are embarking upon seeks to transform a currently vacant expanse of land into a unique, market-centric community hub. Our ambition is to craft a bespoke market space where vitality and communal spirit resonate through the echoes of artisanal street food, eclectic drinks, and immersive entertainment, all congregated under the expanse of one shared roof.

At the core of this vibrant market lies the ingenious repurposing of shipping containers. Far from mere storage, these containers will be reimagined as lively booths showcasing the creativity and sustainability at the heart of our vision, while fostering an intimate connection amongst all who visit.
Traffic Сalculations in Urban Design
Calculations of pedestrian and vehicular traffic for a proposed development. The goal was to model traffic flows and determine the required number of on-street parking spaces to ensure the viability of commercial premises. In parallel, pedestrian routes were optimized alongside adjustments to the geometric parameters of certain sidewalks and driveways, improving overall convenience and usability of the area.
